| October 10, 2023 | Last day to register to vote online or by mail. In-person absentee and same-day registration begins at Clerk’s Annex 1500 Lomas NW Suite A 87104 8am to 5pm M to F. Clerks begin to mail absentee ballots previously requested. |
| October 21 to November 4, 2023 | Early voting and same day registration at Early Voting Convenience Centers, most open 10am to 7pm, M to Sat (see list). |
| October 24, 2023 | Last day to request an absentee ballot online from NM Votes. Deadline for absentee ballots to be received. |
| November 7, 2023 | Election Day – Polls open 7am to 7pm. Absentee ballots due in clerk’s office by 7pm. |
