The League of Women Voters of Central New Mexico  is  a 501(c)(3) organization. All contributions to LWVCNM are tax deductible.

The League depends on the generosity of individual supporters and members, foundations, and corporations to fund its citizen education and advocacy activities. You can contribute to the League online or you can send a check.

The Voter Guide

We need your contributions to enable us to publish the popular Voter Guide. For the 2016 November election, the League distributed 30,000 copies of its non-partisan Voter Guide throughout Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties – all this was made possible by your contributions! Although the Voter Guide is produced and distributed entirely by volunteer labor, the League requires contributions to cover printing expenses.

The League of Women Voters provides non-partisan voter education to citizens on issues and candidates by conducting and/or sponsoring public discussion, forums, panels, lectures, workshops and other similar programs, and by publishing books, leaflets, pamphlets, and other educational materials on issues and candidates for distribution to the public. This includes the popular Voter Guide and Who’s Who, a directory of elected public officials and how to contact them. The League also provides voter registrars to encourage people to get onto the voter rolls.

Contributions are tax-deductible.
